The bathroom arrangement took some getting used to, as having a separate toilet room felt a bit awkward at times.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and main attractions in Blackpool, making it convenient for exploring the area.
The heating controls in the room were not functioning properly, leaving the radiator on all night, which made it uncomfortably warm.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and main attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area.
The room was a bit on the small side, which was fine for a night but not ideal for longer stays. On one occasion, I got locked out because another guest didn’t secure the door properly, causing some hassle. When it came time to check out, I encountered a smashed reception door, which felt unsettling, and there wasn't anyone around to address it. The bathroom door was off the hinges, requiring extra effort to close it, and the lack of hanging facilities for clothes was inconvenient, although I didn't need it much for my short stay.

Staying at Harriette's Guest House felt like home. The hosts are incredibly warm, making me feel welcome right from the start. The double room I had was nicely decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. Breakfast was a highlight for me. every dish was cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. While I enjoyed my stay, the separate toilet room took some getting used to. fixed carpets might not be everyone's preference for cleanliness. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall vibe and hospitality made it a delightful experience.

A cozy weekend escape
We had such a lovely time! The hosts were super friendly and made everything feel easy. The bar area was nice for a drink after a long day. Only thing was the shower could use a little more pressure. it was comfy and welcoming, just what we needed for our short trip.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting stay in Blackpool with good price value. The hosts were really friendly, making the experience enjoyable. Consider bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as noise can travel between rooms.
